Rialacha Lotto

  1. The Lotto ticket numbers are 1-28 inclusive and four numbers are to be selected on the Lotto ticket to compete in the draw. Na Dúnaibh Lotto envelopes, tickets from Na Dúnaibh Lotto ticket books, Na Dúnaibh GAA Lotto online entries via smartlotto.ie or nadunaibh.ie websites or up to date paid yearly Lotto subscriptions are referred to as tickets for the purpose of the Lotto draw rules.
  2. All tickets must be presented to the organising committee before 9.00pm on the night of the draw. Lotto drop boxes in business premises will be collected each Monday evening. Online Lotto entries close at 9.30 pm on the night of the draw. The weekly draw will normally take place on Monday nights, however the lotto committee may defer that draw at their discretion.
  3. The lotto numbers may be drawn virtually using the SmartLotto system, or physically using numbered balls at the discretion of the committee.
  4. Tickets not properly marked will be deemed void. For example, tickets will be deemed void where numbers are not clearly marked, where there are more or less than four numbers marked, or where no name appears on the ticket. Na Dúnaibh Lotto envelopes are only considered valid entries if the correct money is inside the envelope (i.e. €5 for three panels, €2 for one panel). A €2 single Lotto entry must be entered in a single panel on the Lotto envelope to be a valid entry. Where an envelope has more than one completed panel, and between €2 and €4 inside, only the left most valid panel will be entered. Where an envelope has more than one completed panel, and between €4 and €5 inside, only the two left most valid panels will be entered.
  5. Tickets for which payment has not been received prior to the draw are deemed void.
  6. Tickets will be retained up to 3 weeks after the draw date and destroyed after that time.
  7. The jackpot will increase by €100 each week until it is won.
  8. If the jackpot is won, the next jackpot will start at €2,000.
  9. In a week when the Jackpot is not won, those matching three numbers will win or share €150.
  10. In a week when the Jackpot is not won – and there are no Match-3 winners, eight tickets will be drawn to share a €160 prize.
  11. In a week when the Jackpot is won – no Match-3 winners will be paid out.
  12. The maximum jackpot is €10,000. When the Jackpot reaches €10,000 it will remain at that figure until it is won. The lotto committtee may raise the jackpot above €10,000 at their discretion.
  13. In the event of the Jackpot reaching €10,000 and is not won the next Jackpot is guaranteed to start at €2,000. This figure will increase by €100 each week until the Jackpot is won.
  14. CLG na nDúnaibh will pay out only in respect of winning tickets that have been presented on time and have not been deemed to be void.
  15. Any claim must be made within 14 days of the draw.
  16. Winning numbers and names will be displayed in selected places each week. They may also be displayed on social media, the club website and may be included in the club notes in the local press.
  17. The decision of the CLG na nDúnaibh committee will be binding in all matters relating to the draw.
  18. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket-holder agrees to abide by these rules.
